Why Kaifak?
Kaifak Medicare has been authorized and empaneled by The Directorate General Shipping Govt. of India to conduct pre-employment medical examinations on behalf of various shipping companies on seafarers, based in Mumbai. Additionally, we are accredited by the UK and US P&I Clubs to carry out medical examinations on all prospective crew. The purpose of medical examination is to assess the medical fitness of crew members for employment at sea, on ships operated by participating ship owners.
Kaifak Medicare is authorized to conduct medical examinations on dockworkers employed at major ports by Directorate General Factory Advice Service & Labor Institutes, Govt. of India and Ministry of Labor.

Along with marine and corporate medical services, Kaifak Medicare is also accredited and empaneled by the Executive Board of Health Ministers Council for GCC States to carry out pre-employment medical examinations for various prospective emigrants proceeding to gulf countries for employment. Continuing with our governmental accreditations we also conduct examinations on behalf of Marshall Islands (flag vessels) and the Panama Consulate (Mumbai).
